When the ink wheel is used for a period of time, the ink content of the ink wheel will be reduced. When the printing does not appear after adjusting the temperature, the printing situation can be tried by adjusting the gap between the printing wheel and the ink wheel.

The adjustment is as follows:

1, the ink shaft eccentric copper sleeve fixed screw loose(as shown).

2, rotating the eccentric copper sleeve by hand, so that the printing wheel literally presses the surface of the ink wheel about 0.05-0.10 mm, the impression is clear and appropriate. Do not over-tighten to avoid premature wear of the ink wheel. Then tighten the eccentric copper sleeve fixing screw.
